Shree Krishna Paper Mills re-appoints Naynesh Pasari as Managing Director for three years

Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Naynesh Pasari as Managing Director for a period of 3 years, not liable to retire by rotation, effective August 10, 2026, until August 09, 2029, subject to shareholder approval at the 54th Annual General Meeting.
