TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited announced on August 4, 2026, that it has allotted 43,750 equity shares of Rs 1 each, fully paid-up, pursuant to the exercise of options under the TVS Supply Chain Solutions Employee Stock Option Plan, 2021, increasing the issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 44,11,80,027 comprising of 44,11,80,027 equity shares to Rs 44,12,23,777 comprising of 44,12,23,777 equity shares.
