Marsons Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on August 13, 2026, at Budge Budge Trunk Road, Chakmir, Maheshtala, Kolkata, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) (provisional) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and trading window for directors, officers and designated employees will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
