Prakash Industries Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, in New Delhi to consider the Unaudited Financial Results with Limited Review for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the company will remain closed for all Designated Persons until 48 hours after the results are made public, in accordance with Securities & Exchange Board of India regulations.
