Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. reported revenue of 320 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, a 23% year-over-year increase, alongside an 18% rise in EBITDA to 94 crore and a 14% increase in profit after tax to 45 crore, according to a regulatory filing. The company’s debt-to-equity ratio improved to 0.47x, with debt reduced by 57 crore to 680 crore, and it has a launch pipeline of 6,508 crore, with a new project added in Bengaluru valued at an estimated gross development value of 389 crore.
