Baroda Extrusion Limited will hold a board meeting on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, appoint Mrs. Meera Kanugo as a whole-time director, rectify the appointment of Cost Auditors for fiscal year 2026-27, and fix the date, time, and place of the Annual General Meeting for fiscal year 2025-26.
