P N Gadgil Jewellers raises Rs 7000 million via Qualified Institutions Placement of equity shares

P N Gadgil Jewellers Limited announced the completion of a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of 1,14,94,252 equity shares at a price of Rs 609.00 per share, raising Rs 7000 million. The company's paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 1,357.08 million to Rs 1,472.02 million as a result of the allotment, and a list of allottees who were allotted more than 5% of the shares is attached as Annexure A, which includes BNP Paribas Financial Markets, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore, Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, Astorine Capital VCC Arven, and Bandhan Small Cap Fund.
