Sri Lotus Developers to redevelop Mumbai’s Juhu shopping complex with Rs 1,600 crore GDV

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited announced its appointment as the developer for a commercial-cum-retail redevelopment project in Juhu, Mumbai, through its subsidiary, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 1,600 crore. The project, involving the redevelopment of a shopping complex, will comprise approximately 3.46 lakh square feet of carpet area and is expected to commence in the third quarter of fiscal year 2028, with completion targeted within approximately three to four years.
