Mahanagar Gas Limited’s board set a record date for a Rs 18 per share dividend

Mahanagar Gas Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Board of Directors has fixed August 18, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement of shareholders for payment of a final dividend of Rs 18 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 25, 2026.
