Inventure Growth & Securities re-appoints Kanji B. Rita as Chairman for three years

Inventure Growth & Securities Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kanji B. Rita as Chairman & Managing Director for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval, and Mr. Surji Damji Chheda as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, also pending shareholder approval, both effective August 13, 2027.
