CCL Products announces employee stock option scheme exercise of 4,200 shares

CCL Products (India) Limited announced that 4,200 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each were exercised by an eligible employee under the “CCL Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2022,” with the shares being issued from CCL Employees Trust, effective August 3, 2026, and ranking pari-passu with existing shares, resulting in no change to the company's paid-up share capital of Rs 26,70,55,840 divided into 13,35,27,920 shares.
