Yash Highvoltage Limited’s share capital increased following employee stock option exercises

Yash Highvoltage Limited announced the allotment of 15,500 equity shares on August 3, 2026, following the exercise of vested Employee Stock Options under the Yash Highvoltage Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025. The allotment increased the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from 14,30,50,245 shares (Rs 2,86,10,049) to 14,31,27,745 shares (Rs 2,86,25,549), and realized Rs 77,500 from the exercise of options.
