Hawkins Cookers confirms the retirement of Independent Director Ravi Kant, effective August 3

Hawkins Cookers Limited informed the BSE that Mr. Ravi Kant retired as an Independent Director on August 3, 2026, following the completion of his second consecutive five-year term, as stipulated under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
