Crizac Limited’s Q1 income fell slightly, but profit after tax rose year-over-year

Crizac Limited announced its Q1 FY27 results today, reporting total income of Rs 2,084 million, a 4.0% decline year-over-year, and a profit after tax of Rs 471 million, up 2.9% year-over-year. The company, which connects counseling partners with higher education institutions, made a strategic investment in ForeignAdmits and acquired 100% of Inova Consultancy Limited during the quarter, expanding its reach into education financing, visa preparation, and the UK, Europe, Mexico, and the Netherlands.
