Unimech Aerospace seeks to raise up to Rs 750 crore via Qualified Institutions Placement

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that its board approved a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) to raise up to Rs 750,00,00,000 or an equivalent amount in one or more tranches, subject to shareholder approval at the company's Annual General Meeting.
