Sanathan Textiles reports Rs 1,334.74 crore revenue, driven by capacity expansion and procurement

Sanathan Textiles Limited (BSE:544314) announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 1,334.74 crore, a 79.08% increase year-on-year, and consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of Rs 108.08 crore, up 55.38% year-on-year, driven by expanded capacity and strategic raw material procurement. Chairman and Managing Director Paresh Dattani noted that geopolitical tensions and rising cotton prices impacted the industry, prompting the government to temporarily waive cotton import duties, while the company’s standalone results, anchored by its Silvassa plant, improved sequentially with EBITDA rising 35.52% year-on-year to Rs 94.93 crore.
