Flair Writing’s board approves FY26 report, schedules AGM for August 27, 2026

Flair Writing Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board approved the company’s report for the financial year 2025-26, the notice for the 10th Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 27, 2026, and the closure of its register of members and share transfer books from August 20, 2026, to August 27, 2026. The company also fixed Wednesday, August 19, 2026, as the record date for a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share and appointed Mr. Randall Miranda as Head of Human Resources, effective August 3, 2026.
