Sancode Technologies' subsidiary secures Rs 107 crore via preferential allotment for OSAT project

Sancode Technologies Limited announced that its subsidiary, Sancode Semi Private Limited, has allotted 12,647 compulsory convertible preference shares through a preferential allotment, raising Rs 107 crore. The allotment, which constitutes 2.86% of Sancode Semi’s total shareholding, will result in Sancode Technologies holding 95.74% of Sancode Semi Private Limited on a fully diluted basis. The investment is intended for the development of an OSAT project approved by the Government of Odisha, and is considered a related-party transaction as Sancode Technologies’ Managing Director and a Director are also directors of Sancode Semi Private Limited.
