POWERGRID InvIT shareholders to vote on new valuer IndiaAppraisers.com, replacing INMACS

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) has scheduled a shareholder meeting to seek approval for the appointment of M/s. IndiaAppraisers.com Pvt. Ltd (IAPL) as a new valuer, replacing M/s. INMACS Valuers Private Limited, which has reached its term limit. IAPL, a Registered Valuer Entity with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, was selected following a bidding process and brings over 30 years of valuation consulting experience. Remuneration for IAPL’s services will range from Rs. 47,000 per Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for a full year-end valuation, with applicable Goods and Services Tax applied separately. Shareholders are required to approve the resolution, which needs a simple majority vote, and are instructed to vote electronically via the KFintech e-voting portal (https://evoting.kfintech.com) with assistance available from KFin Technologies Limited.
