BLS E-Services to review financial results and potential share capital changes August 6

BLS E-Services Limited will hold a board meeting on August 6, 2026, to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and a proposal to alter the company’s share capital by way of sub-division or split of existing equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. Trading window for securities of the company was closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
