M M Forgings reschedules board meeting to August 14 to review quarterly financial results

M M Forgings Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that a Board of Directors meeting initially scheduled for August 7, 2026, has been rescheduled to August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also stated that the trading window for “specified persons” will remain closed from July 1, 2026, to August 16, 2026, and the unaudited financial results will be submitted to the stock exchanges and published in newspapers following the Board meeting, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
