Macfos Limited’s board will meet August 11 to adopt Ind AS and review Q1 results

Macfos Limited will hold a board meeting on August 11, 2026, to, among other items, voluntarily adopt Ind AS for financial statements starting from the financial year 2026–27 and to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, prepared in accordance with Ind AS, along with the auditor’s limited review report.
