Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited (NTBCL) reported consolidated revenue of Rs 12.81 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1FY27), a 15.51% increase compared to Rs 11.09 crore in the same quarter of the previous year, while consolidated profit after tax stood at Rs 5.33 crore, up from Rs 4.14 crore in Q1FY26. The company, an IL&FS Group Company, also completed the second phase of its planned carriageway upgradation program and will initiate a five-year preventive maintenance program following an independent technical assessment by CRISIL Intelligence and Almondz Global Infra, which found the DND Flyway structurally sound and requiring no major strengthening, but recommending phased functional overlay. The board also noted a stay granted by the Delhi High Court regarding a Rs 100 crore demand from NOIDA Authority related to advertisement license fees.
