DOMS Industries’ revenue rose 19.2% to Rs 670.5 crore, acquiring Reynolds brand

DOMS Industries Limited announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting revenue from operations of Rs 670.5 crore, a 19.2% increase year-on-year compared to Rs 562.3 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. The company's profit after tax moderated to Rs 45.3 crore compared to Rs 59.1 crore in Q1’FY26, impacted by higher depreciation due to capacity expansion and raw material volatility, while EBITDA declined to Rs 82.6 crore from Rs 98.7 crore a year ago; the company also announced the acquisition of the Reynolds brand to expand its writing instruments portfolio and expects to commence commercial operations at its 50+ acre greenfield facility by the end of Q2 FY27.
