Mukat Pipes Limited informed the BSE Ltd. that the trading window for Directors and Designated Persons will remain closed from the end of the quarter until Friday, August 14, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, due to the Board Meeting to take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026, and will re-open on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
