Sundrop Brands to allot equity shares to employees at August board meeting

Sundrop Brands Limited, formerly known as Agro Tech Foods Limited, will consider and approve the allotment of equity shares pursuant to the exercise of vested Employee Stock Options granted to eligible employees on June 7, 2025, and July 9, 2025, under the “Agro Tech Foods Limited Employees Stock Option Plan, 2024,” during a board meeting on August 6, 2026.
