Endurance Technologies Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Endurance Overseas SpA in Italy, has received the necessary regulatory approvals and completed the transfer of its entire shareholding in Veicoli Srl, Italy, as per a Share Purchase Agreement executed on June 24, 2026.
