Satin Creditcare allocates warrants valued at Rs 100.1 crore to Trishashna Holdings

Satin Creditcare Network Limited announced that its Working Committee of the Board of Directors approved the allotment of 38,50,000 fully convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs 260 per warrant, for an aggregate amount of Rs 100,10,00,000 to Trishashna Holdings & Investments Private Limited, an entity belonging to the ‘Promoter & Promoter Group’.
