Satiate Agri Limited informed the BSE that its Board of Directors approved the Notice of the 39th Annual General Meeting and Board’s Report, and that the Register of Member & Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 17, 2026, to August 27, 2026, for the Annual General Meeting, which will be held on August 27, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means, and appointed Mr. Ajit Jain, Proprietor of M/s. Ajit Jain & Co, as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
