Regal Entertainment and Consultants Limited disclosed that Acuité Ratings and Research Limited, acting as a monitoring agency, has confirmed no deviation in the utilization of proceeds from its rights issue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company utilized Rs 7.846 crore of the Rs 6.512 crore initially allocated to augment its capital base, covering the excess with unutilized funds from other objects, while also noting the full utilization of Rs 1.249 crore earmarked for general corporate purposes.
