Vapi Enterprise Ltd. appoints HRU & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Vapi Enterprise Ltd., formerly Vapi Paper Mills Ltd., will consider and approve the appointment of M/s. HRU & Associates as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, effective from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting.
