Walchandnagar Industries allotted shares to employees under its 2020 stock options plan

Walchandnagar Industries Ltd. allotted 62,472 equity shares to eligible employees pursuant to the exercise of options under the WIL Employee Stock Options Plan 2020, according to a regulatory filing on August 3, 2026. The allotment increased the company’s subscribed and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 13,58,09,064 divided into 6,79,04,532 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each.
