Dilip Buildcon to review financial results and consider debt issuance at August meeting

Dilip Buildcon Limited will hold a board meeting on August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-audited IndAS Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as well as the issuance of Non-convertible Debentures and Commercial Paper. The board will also consider and fix the date, time, and place of the company’s 20th Annual General Meeting, and close the register of members and share transfer books for the purpose of the meeting and dividend eligibility for the fiscal year 2025-26. Trading window for dealing in the securities of the company is closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
