VIP Industries Limited appointed Ms. Shalaka Koparkar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 3, 2026, and Mr. Narayan Saraf as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective September 1, 2026. Simultaneously, the company announced the resignation of Mr. Rahul Poddar as CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 31, 2026, citing personal and family reasons.
