Mini Diamonds reports revenue increase to Rs 196.41 crore, driven by diamond demand

Mini Diamonds (India) Limited (BSE: 523373) announced financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting revenue from operations increased to Rs 196.41 crore from Rs 151.30 crore in the previous quarter, a 29.71% increase, while profit after tax stood at Rs 2.74 crore compared to -Rs 5.15 crore in Q4 FY26, driven by improved operating performance and growing interest for lab-grown diamonds and geopolitical stability in the Middle East; the company has also proposed to raise up to Rs 8.88 crore through a preferential issue of 1.11 crore share warrants, convertible into one equity share at Rs 8 per warrant, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
