UR Sugar Industries Limited, formerly known as HKG Limited, will hold a board meeting on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 02:00 P.M. at its registered office in Bellad Bagewadi, Belgaum, Karnataka, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report, and to consider and appoint an internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27 and fix their remuneration.
