Imagicaaworld Entertainment to acquire 50% stake in Mehsana Next Parks for Rs 50 crore

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (BSE: 539056; NSE: IMAGICAA) announced it has signed an investment agreement to buy a 50% equity stake in Mehsana Next Parks Private Limited (“MNPPL”) for a consideration of Rs 50 crore. The investment will allow Imagicaaworld to acquire a 50% stake in MNPPL, which owns Shanku’s Water Park in Mehsana, Gujarat, and will also provide operations and management services to the special purpose vehicle, receiving management fees in the range of 6%-10% based on agreed parameters.
