VIP Industries Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Shalaka Koparkar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 3, 2026, and Mr. Narayan Saraf as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective September 1, 2026. Simultaneously, the company noted the resignation of Mr. Rahul Poddar as CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 31, 2026, due to personal and family reasons.
