Mindspace REIT allotted INR 600 crore in debentures with a 7.49% coupon rate

Mindspace Business Parks REIT, managed by K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited, announced the allotment of 60,000 listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non-cumulative non-convertible debentures with a face value of INR 100,000 each, totaling INR 600 crore, with a coupon rate of 7.4913% per annum and a tenor of 2 years, maturing on August 03, 2028. The allotment follows prior approval to raise funds through debt securities and/or commercial papers, and the consideration received was INR 600.336 crore, including a premium of INR 33.60 lakh.
