GACM Technologies Limited entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Meridian Intelligence Private Limited for a contract value of Rs 1,500 lakhs, commencing upon an effective date and continuing until September 30, 2028, to foster software development and revenue generation, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
