GACM Technologies Limited entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Meridian Intelligence Private Limited for a contract value of Rs 1,500 lakhs, commencing upon an effective date and continuing until September 30, 2028, to foster growth-oriented revenue generation and software development collaboration, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 3, 2026.
