Sri Lotus Developers reports Rs 409 crore pre-sales, a 567% increase year-on-year

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited, formerly AKP Holdings Limited, announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting Rs 409 crore in pre-sales, up 567% year-on-year, and a profit after tax of Rs 46 crore, up 77% year-on-year. The company launched two projects, Lotus Trident and Lotus Aquaria, with a combined gross development value of Rs 1,350 crore, and plans to launch four additional projects with a combined estimated gross development value of approximately Rs 3,500–4,000 crore in the remainder of fiscal year 2027. Chairman & Managing Director Anand K Pandit noted the strong performance was driven by recently launched projects and a healthy enquiry pipeline.
