Federal Bank allotted shares under multiple ESOS schemes following stock option exercises

Federal Bank announced the allotment of 6,91,875 equity shares under its ESOS 2017 Scheme, 13,876 shares under its ESOS 2010 Scheme, and 13,315 shares under its ESOS 2023 Scheme, all with a face value of Rs 2 each, following the exercise of stock options by grantees on August 3, 2026, as disclosed to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
