Greaves Electric Mobility Limited, a subsidiary of Greaves Cotton Limited, announced that its rights issue offering of Indian Rupees 530 crore was fully subscribed by existing shareholders, including Greaves Cotton Limited and Abdul Latif Jameel Green Mobility Solutions, reaffirming their confidence in the company’s growth strategy and its role in advancing India’s clean mobility transition. The capital infusion will be used to strengthen Greaves Electric Mobility’s next phase of growth, focusing on Next Generation products, Battery Management Systems, Power Trains and New age Technology development.
