Hemant Sahai steps down as Independent Director of JSW Dulux Limited, effective August 2026

JSW Dulux Limited, formerly Akzo Nobel India Limited, announced that Hemant Sahai has ceased to be an Independent Director upon completion of his second consecutive term on August 2, 2026. Sahai also resigned from his positions on the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the company, effective the same date. The updated list of directors and committee positions is detailed in an annexure filed with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
