Prataap Snacks Limited announced the allotment of 19,428 equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each to eligible employees under the Prataap Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2018, following the exercise of Employee Stock Appreciation Rights. The allotment increases the company's paid-up share capital to Rs 11,96,49,775, divided into 2,39,29,955 equity shares.
