PTC Industries shareholders approved resolutions including a Qualified Institutional Placement at EGM

PTC Industries Limited shareholders overwhelmingly approved four resolutions at an Extraordinary General Meeting held August 1, 2026, according to a Scrutinizer’s Report released today. Resolutions included raising capital through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), increasing limits under Section 186 of the Companies Act for related party transactions, increasing borrowing powers, and creating a charge to secure borrowings. The votes, tallied through remote e-voting and a video conference platform, showed strong support with over 94% of shareholders voting in favor of each resolution. Scrutinizer Amit Gupta of Amit Gupta & Associates confirmed the validity of the results, which were countersigned by Pragati Gupta Agrawal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of PTC Industries Limited.
