Khadim India shareholders approved warrants issuance to promoters and appointed Sekhar Bhattacharjee

Khadim India Limited announced the voting results from its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on August 1, 2026, disclosing that shareholders approved the issuance of up to 10,22,727 fully convertible equity share warrants on a preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Sekhar Bhattacharjee as an independent director. A total of 11,003,907 votes were polled via e-voting, representing 99.97% of the outstanding shares.
