Khadim India shareholders approved warrants and appointed Sekhar Bhattacharjee as Independent Director

Khadim India Limited convened an Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Saturday, August 01, 2026, where shareholders approved the issuance of up to 10,22,727 Fully Convertible Equity Share Warrants on a preferential basis and the appointment of Mr. Sekhar Bhattacharjee as an Independent Director. The EGM was held via two-way Video Conferencing and included remote e-voting facilitated by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) which commenced on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, and concluded on Friday, July 31, 2026.
