Cube Highways entities sold substantial Ordinary Units via OFS, reducing their stakes

Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited, acting as the investment manager to Cube Highways Trust, disclosed information received from Cube Highways and Infrastructure III Pte. Ltd., Cube Highways and Infrastructure II Pte. Ltd., and Cube Mobility Investments Pte. Ltd., all members of the sponsor group, pursuant to SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations. Cube Highways and Infrastructure III Pte. Ltd. sold 201,946,019 Ordinary Units, reducing its holding to 15.02% from 19.00%, while Cube Highways and Infrastructure II Pte. Ltd. sold 103,443,815 Ordinary Units, decreasing its holding to 0.05% from 8%, and Cube Mobility Investments Pte. Ltd. sold 85,766,973 Ordinary Units, lowering its stake to 3.56% from 10%, all through an OFS on July 29-31, 2026.
